What did you look for when someone applied to be a member of EMS? Was there a checklist? Did you use Briggs Myers typologies?<\/p>\n<p>And then I tell them why I like the idea of adding arugula to my salad. Arugula, otherwise known as Rocket, is an aromatic green high in vitamins A and C with a delightful peppery taste. Add a bit of freshly grated Parmigiano cheese and you&#8217;re talking heaven in a salad bowl.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s what I love about a great salad.
